10. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any personal data you voluntarily disclose to other users (e.g., in forums or public comments on the Platform). Please exercise caution when sharing information publicly.

11. Governing Law
This Policy and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
